From Hobby to Business
When, why and how I got into photography as a hobby and then into Business? いつ、なぜ、どうやって趣味としてカメラを持ったのか？そしてビジネスへ。
I am a member of a local camera club in Perth and I had to do a introduction presentation at the club meeting. They gave me a few questions and it was great to reflect on my camera life, so Im writing parts of their questions in this blog.

When and why did I take up photography as a hobby?
My first digital camera was a Fujifilm Compact camera in 2001. I love traveling and took many photos of a lot of places. Most of my photos were landscapes and landmark buildings at that time. I don’t know why I love to take photos, but my grandfather loved photos, maybe that’s in my blood!
I then bought a Canon Mark 2 in 2011 and then I joined the Gladstone Camera Club in QLD in 2013 and learnt a lot there and now I try to take photos of all different subjects.
いつ、なぜ趣味として写真をしたのか？
2001年、富士フイルムコンパクトカメラが私の初めてのデジタルカメラでした。旅行好きで、たくさんの場所で、たくさんの写真を撮りました。その時は、風景、ランドマークビルディングの写真ばかりでした。ものすごい写真を撮るのが好きで、おじいちゃんも写真好きだったから、その血を受け継いでいるのかな。
そして、2011年、Canon Mark 2を買いました。2013年にQLD州のGladstoneカメラクラブに所属し、いろんなサブジェクトの写真撮影をして、たくさん学びました。
How I made my start into business photography?
I did a wedding workshop course and practical workshop, after that the workshop sent me an email telling me that someone was looking for a student photographer for her sisterʼs wedding.
I did a pre-wedding photoshoot with them and they loved my photos and hired me as their wedding photographer. This was my first business photography.
どのように写真ビジネスを始めたか？
ウェディングワークショップコースや実戦ワークショップをした後すぐに、妹のウェディングを撮影できる生徒を探している人がいる、というメールを頂きました。
エンゲージメント（前撮り）撮影をして私の写真を気に入ってくれ、彼らのウェディングフォトグラファーとしてやりました。
それが、私の初めてのビジネス・フォトグラファーとしてのお仕事でした。
What is my favourite area of photography?
I have three main favourite areas.
Portrait photography (Instagram: Portrait)
Travel Photography (Instagram: Travel)
Composite photography (Instagram: Photoshop)
I have used Photoshop since 1995, back then I used it to design websites, so I am good at Photoshop.

主に、３つのエリアが好きです。
人物撮影 (Instagram: Portrait)
旅行撮影 (Instagram: Travel)
合成撮影 (Instagram: Photoshop)
1995年以来フォトショップを使っているいます。昔はウェッブデザインで使ってました。なので、フォトショップは得意です。
